If your Fly6 Original is having power issues, such as not powering on or holding charge follow these suggestions.
My Fly6 Original won’t turn on
To turn on your Fly device, press and hold the power button for approximately 1 second.
If for any reason your Fly6 will not turn on, please try the following:
- Ensure your Fly6 Original is fully charged
- Check your SD card
- SD card should be a Class 10 microSD card
- Check the list of recommended SD cards
- Reformat your SD card
- If you’re still unable to turn your Fly6 on, please submit a ticket with our support team.
My Fly6 Original is turning off unexpectedly
Your Fly device may turn off in certain situations when Incident Protection Mode is triggered.
If for any reason your Fly6 Original is turning off unexpectedly, please try the following:
- Check your SD card
- SD card should be a Class 10 microSD card
- Check the list of recommended SD cards
- Ensure your Fly6 Original is fully charged
- Reformat your SD card
If your Fly6 Original is still turning off mid-ride, please submit a ticket with our support team.
My Fly6 Original is not turning off
To turn your Fly device off, press and hold the power button for approximately 1 second.
If for any reason your Fly6 Original does not turn off, please try the following:
- Press the power button for at least 8 seconds.
If the unit does not respond, set it aside in a cool dry place and let the battery run down.
To ensure this does not happen again
- Check your SD card
- SD card should be a Class 10 microSD card
- Check the list of recommended SD cards
- Reformat your SD card
- Give your Fly6 a full charge
