Start up and first ride

The Fly6 CE is an unsupported Fly device, check out our latest Fly devices.

To turn the Fly6 CE on and start recording, press and hold the power button for at least 2 seconds.

Upon powering on, the Fly6 CE will play a power up sequence of beeps followed by up to 4 beeps to indicate battery level.

The round bezel around the camera lens will emit a red light that rotates and the LEDs underneath the bezel will light up – this indicates that the device is recording.

Battery level is 75%+ 4 beeps
Battery level is 50-75% 3 beeps
Battery level is 25-50% 2 beeps
Battery level is under 25% 1 beep

Pressing the Q button will toggle through the brightness of the bike light, while pressing the power button toggles through light modes; constant, pulse, flash or camera only.

Other settings can be customised through the CycliqPlus mobile app or desktop app. These include:

  • Logo and timestamp (on/off)
  • Electronic Image Stabilisation
  • Video resolution
  • Segment length
  • Light modes
  • Volume
  • Beep intervals
