The Fly6 CE supports FAT32 formatted microSD cards up to 32GB. Although higher capacity microSD cards may function it is important to note that use may also introduce stability issues.
MicroSD cards used in Fly products must be able to write consistently and withstand regular power cycling. Typical consumer microSD cards (e.g. earlier Sandisk Extreme units) do not always meet these criteria and require regular formatting to resolve data corruption issues.
A class 10 microSD card is the minimum required speed class. However, to achieve optimum performance the microSD card in your Fly product should be specifically designed for use in dashcams (e.g. Sandisk Endurance, Kingston Endurance).
microSD cards must be formatted as FAT32. Learn how to format your microSD card as FAT32 by visiting the How to format your microSD card page.
