Battery issues

Battery runtime is not as expected

For expected runtimes depending on your usage, please see below. If for any reason your Fly12 Sport is not lasting for the expected runtime, please try the following:

• Ensure your Fly12 Sport is fully charged (LED will illuminate green)
• Update your Fly12 Sport firmware
• Perform a bench test

Once fully charged, place the unit on top of a flat surface and turn it on.
We recommend turning off the LED lights so you can check how long the battery lasts in default mode.
Note the time you switch the unit on and the time the unit switches off to determine the battery life.

If the results from the bench test are well below expected runtime, please create a support ticket with our Customer Support team.

Expected runtime

Your Fly12 Sport runtime will differ depending on your light mode and video settings.

Expected runtimes are listed below with the following settings; 1440p@30fps with EIS off.

camera on + low pulse light	6 hours and 45 minutes
camera on + low flash light	5 hours and 45 minutes
camera on + high pulse light	5 hours and 15 minutes
camera on + low solid light	5 hours and 15 minutes
camera on + organic light	4 hours and 15 minutes
camera on + high solid light	3 hours and 45 minutes
